Public Concern at Work is the whistleblowing charity. Established in 1993, we have led the new approach to whistleblowing that - both at home and abroad - recognises the key role it can play in anticipating and avoiding serious risks that arise in and from the workplace. Over the years we have built up a library of documents to help visitors to our site find the information they need. Please view the library below.

Rewards and Collective Responsibility at Work
This paper looks at the issues of collective and individual responsibility in the workplace and how law and practice are developing in this area. It considers the effects of the important decision of Majrowski by the law lords this summer on workplace bullying and questions the basis on which the decision was reached. The points it raises have a wider implication for the relationships between the administration, executive, legislature and the courts. The essay also summarises how the whistleblowing law is operating.
